melted eggplant soup with za'atar, cilantro & basil. all cold and shit.
grilled squid flatbreads. chicories. smashed green garbanzos. tomato, chili, & raisin jam. cumin oil.
tacos, you choose (tortillas & smoky braised lentils):
> barbacoa: pulled Marin Suns goat, pickled onion & housemade goatsmilk yogurt
> vegetariano: roasted wild mushrooms, long-cooked chard, pickled carrots with jalapeno & sumac.
pistachio pudding. pistachio shortbread. lavender salt. pounded espresso beans.
$40/head. $38/head (plus $12) if you get the wine pairing.
